Mackenzie’s career has carried her through several of Sonoma Valley and Philadelphia’s most iconic restaurants as Executive Chef. Her reputation amongst colleagues and patrons has led her to open several kitchens and design menu items which remain mainstays in those restaurants today. Mackenzie’s ingenuity led her to compete on (and win) an episode of the Food Network’s Chopped.
